Hey Guys, wanted to make a quick post to update you all on our next Yoga series. The new 10 class series starts this Saturday February 6th at 8:30am – 9:30am. These classes have been a hit with a few of our members and we would love to see more get involved. Each 60 minute class is $10 and our 30 minute cool down sessions are $7. The schedule for February is as follows.

Wednesday Feb 10th 6:30-7:00pm

Thursday Feb 11th 3:15-4:15

Wednesday 17th 6:30 – 7:00pm

Thursday 18th 3:15-4:15pm

Wednesday 24th 6:30 – 7:00 pm

Thursday 25th 3:15 – 4:15pm

Saturday 27th 8:30 – 9:30am

Wednesday 2nd 6:30 – 7:00pm

Thursday 3rd 3:15 – 4:15pm
