NEW Elements Program

Starting immediately we have a NEW structure to our Elements/Intro Program when you want to start at CF061. Now to start all you have to do is call/email/or come in and set up a FREE One on One Personal Training Session with Nick. Again, this is FREE and starts the journey. Afterwards, if you decide to move forward, we schedule 3 more Personal Training Sessions with one of our coaches for only $100. After completing these sessions you can join Regular Membership and attend 061 CrossFit classes!

New Saturday Morning Class Time

We will be changing the Saturday Class to 9:30am from the original 9:00am.  Again, the Saturday class will be changing to 9:30am!  There also may or may not be another Saturday class coming.
New Weightlifting and/or Power Lifting Membership + 061 Barbell Club

You will now be able to join 061 if you are looking for purely Weightlifting and/or Powerlifting at the reoccurring charge of  $85 a month to access the gym during open gym hours.

for those looking for more direction, there is  an 061 Barbell Club for $105 for non-members & $25 for members starting in February.  This will include Weightlifting Programming, set One-on-One monthly classes with Nick & Miguel to go over programming and provide direct coaching.  These sessions will only be for those members with the barbell club membership  You will also receive 40% OFF all seminars/workshops/clinics we offer.

The hours will be:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday:
7:30 – 9:00 am
10:00 – 2:00pm
4:15 – 5:30pm

Thursday:
7:30-9:00am
4:15-5:30pm

Saturday:
10:30-12:30am

Open Gym Hours

Open Gym is available to all members who have an Unlimited CrossFit Membership.  These Open gym hours are the times that head coach Nick Urankar utilizes as his training and welcomes others to train along side him.  We are now offering Open Gym membership  for non-members at the cost of $85, this membership does not give access to any CrossFit Classes.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday:
7:30 – 9:00 am
10:00 – 2:00pm
4:15 – 5:30pm

Thursday:
7:30-9:00am
4:15-5:30pm

Saturday:
10:30-12:30am
