At CF061 the FREE Intro is a one hour session that will help you learn more about CrossFit and the “why’s” behind the program. After answering any questions you will be taught some basic movements which will then be structured into a scaled workout that you can complete.


Schedule 3 personal one on ones with a trainer!

These are for all people new to CrossFit, regardless of one’s previous athletic background. These one-on-one sessions will provide you with the techniques and skills necessary for maintaining safety and maximizing your results when you enter the group classes. The one on ones will be scheduled with one of our trainers at a time that works best for both parties. The fee for the one-on-one sessions is $100 and will be charged after being scheduled.  Once completed we will help in getting you set up on the membership that works best for you. Our typical monthly unlimited membership is $130, and we offer  Family, Student & Military Discounts. Your account will be charged and your future monthly billing date will be set. With any membership you are welcome to join any of our group classes. You can schedule your one on ones as quickly as you’d like and have the flexibility to join any of our group classes after completed.

Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to CrossFit 061 is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm ups and exercises before participating in regular classes.
