60 Day Eat Clean & Get Lean

What’s Included:
*Guided group Grocery tour at Whole Foods
*Body Composition, Measurements, Before & After Pictures
*Weekly meal ideas delivered to your inbox each week ( these will include breakfast. lunch and dinner and recipes will be included)
*2 phone call check ins, one during week 3 (January 19-24) & one during week 6 ( February 9 – 13). This allows for personalization and tweaking. Calls will be scheduled and confirmed via E-mail the week of the 5th.
2 Q&A sessions before our Monthly nutrition workshops on January 10th & February 14th at 11:00am
* Access to a Facebook Support, Members only group

* Weekly Food Journal Review ( if you decide to journal) – this can be an electronic journal file through pictures or notes.

* Access to Coach Via E mail for Q&A throughout the 60 days.

 

What Will You Be Eating:
*Meat & Fish
*Vegetables (lots of green ones)
*Nuts & Seeds (Healthy Fats)
*Full Fat Dairy
*Some Fruit
*Little Starch
What you will NOT be eating:
*No Sugar
*No Alcohol
*No Grains

General Recommendations:
-plan to attend Crossfit classes a minimum of 3 times a week
-Get a good 8 hours of sleep in a dark room each night
-Move Carbohydrates (starches) to night time.
-focus on stress management techniques and implementing them through out the week 15- 20 minutes (ie.) meditation & breathing Techniques.

 

Whats in it for you besides starting the new year off on the right foot?
We will be selecting the most improved person based on before and after pictures, measurements, and Body composition. The Winner will be announced the week of March 16th. Winner will get 3 months Free at CrossFit 061.

Guided Grocery Store Tours:
Sunday: January 4th @ 11:00am (Whole Foods)
Tuesday: January 6th @ 6pm ( Whole Foods)

* Goodie Bags will be handed out on our tour provided by Whole Foods

Before Pictures & Measurements:
Body Composition, measurements and before pictures MUST be completed during the allotted time slots offered. Dates are as follows:
Tuesday: December 30th 2:00pm-4:00pm, 5:15-6:30pm
Wednesday: December 31st 5:30am -10am
Friday: January 2nd 7:30am- 8:30am, 10:00am – 12:00pm, 5:15pm – 7:00pm
Saturday: January 3rd 8:00am – 12:00pm
*MUST SIGN UP FOR A TIME SLOT WHEN YOU PAY YOUR REGISTRATION
Post Challenge Pictures & Measurements:
Body Composition, measurements and before pictures MUST be completed during the allotted time slots offered. Dates are as follows:
Tuesday: March 3rd 2:00pm-4:00pm, 5:15-6:30pm
Wednesday: March 4th 5:30am -10am 5:00pm-7:00pm
Thursday: March 5th 2:00pm-4:00pm,5:15pm- 6:30pm
Friday: March 6th 7:30am-9:00am, 10:00am-11:00am
